You can make a village realise its dream of
getting safe drinking water for all.
Make it possible for a habitation to get its
safe water plant faster by donating towards the minimum contribution
required from the village community to set up a Community Safe
Water System i.e. 20 per cent to 40 per cent of the plant cost depending on capacity.
Naandi will encourage the village inhabitants (community
members and panchayat) to match your contribution. We will
also work to get Indian commercial banks/other finance institutions
to give as loans the balance required for the
completion of the project.
Apart from the funds needed to set up a
drinking water plant in a village, please do contribute any amount
towards the health education campaigns we design to encourage behavioral change
among the community that make them more aware and alert about hygiene
and sanitation practices. Your contribution will be utilised to
train men and women in each village to spread awareness on water
and sanitation through meetings, theatre, literature, music
and art with a special focus on women’s groups and school children.
