Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to support the financial reporting functions. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing timely reconciliations and reports.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, and a solid understanding of TDS and Income Tax provisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and support both internal and statutory audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure timely recording, verification, and classification of all financial transactions.
• Conduct monthly inter- and intra-branch reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit required bank documents, monitor payments, receipts, and fund transfers, and perform timely bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with departments to follow up on pending items and generate outstanding reports.
• Process bulk payments efficiently and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and fund flow statements to support financial planning.
• Consolidate and submit monthly TDS reports and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Liaise with internal and statutory auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements
• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Commerce or related field with minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Accounting Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime.
• MS Office: Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Taxation: Practical understanding of TDS and Income Tax provisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
