| Position Overview |
| We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Office of the CEO. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of executive-level operations and requires a solution-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse tasks with professionalism and discretion. You will work with the Office of the CEO, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, and communication is seamless across internal and external stakeholders. |
| Key Responsibilities |
| • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings to avoid scheduling conflicts. • Screen calls, emails, and messages; draft correspondence and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate. • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports. • Track action items and follow up on project deadlines. • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. • Maintain organized records and documentation. • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and act accordingly. |
| Requirements |
| • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 10 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools. • A problem-solving attitude with a willingness to take initiative. • Willingness to work with an NGO. |
