| Position Overview |
| We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager who excels in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal engagement. This role blends training and resource management ensuring that individuals across all organizational levels—from front-line staff to Senior Managers are equipped, engaged, and empowered to deliver their best. The ideal candidate will also possess strong report writing skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and produce concise, actionable reports. |
| Key Responsibilities |
| • Identify training needs and skill gaps through assessments, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback. • Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs tailored to diverse audiences (front-line staff and mid-management). • Develop engaging learning content, source external training partners, and oversee training delivery. • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; adapt programs for continuous improvement. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. • Prepare comprehensive reports by gathering and analysing data, synthesizing findings, and presenting insights in a structured and impactful format. • Mediate and negotiate during internal communications or stakeholder interactions as needed. |
| Requirements |
| • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in training, corporate communication, or a related role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations and workshops. • Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus. • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. |
