Position Overview

We are looking for Administrative Officers to organize office operations and procedures and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning at our centres. This role is open across the following locations:

State(s) – Base/Work Location:

  • Delhi NCR – Gurugram
  • Kerala – Trivandrum
  • Uttar Pradesh – Lucknow
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Prepare payroll, controlled correspondence, design filing systems, and review/approve supply requisitions; assign and monitor clerical functions
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes
  • Assist in recruiting and training office personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance within the office and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the centre to facilitate other office operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor office supply inventory and purchasing, keeping budgetary constraints in mind
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons required for the centre
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, and stay abreast of organizational and project developments
Requirements
  • Any graduate with good communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration (freshers may also apply)
  • Excellent leadership, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record as an office assistant, office administrator, or in a similar role
  • Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Punctual, reliable, and a quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Able to work in a team and deliver quality output under tight deadlines
