Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to support the financial reporting
functions. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring
compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing timely reconciliations and reports.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, and a solid
understanding of TDS and Income Tax provisions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to collaborate effectively across departments and support both internal and statutory audit
requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting System.
  • Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions after verifying supporting documents.
  • Prepare and maintain bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end account closing activities.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare schedules and reports required for audits and management review.
  • Support the preparation and filing of statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, and other applicable returns.
  • Track advances, receivables, payables, and ensure timely settlement.
  • Assist in budget tracking and monitoring project-wise expenditures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, banks, and auditors on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Sound knowledge of accounting
  • principles and bookkeeping with 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance &
  • Familiarity with TDS, GST, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
