Naandi’s Youth Skills Training Program upskills final-year students of Government Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics, Arts & Science colleges, and ITIs across 20 states, bridging the gap between academics and industry needs and helping youth build employability skills that meet market demand.

Position Overview

The State Training Coordinator plans, manages, and executes the Skills Training project in their respective state(s), and is accountable for achieving the state’s training targets. This role is open across the following states:

  • Rajasthan – Gurugram (1)
  • Uttarakhand & Delhi – Gurugram (1)
  • Andhra Pradesh – Vijayawada (2)
  • Gujarat – Pune (1)
  • Punjab – Mohali (1)
  • Uttar Pradesh – Lucknow (1)
  • Punjab / Haryana / Delhi / Himachal – Mohali (1)
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with heads of Government and Government-aided education institutes, and senior government officials in the skilling and education space
  • Uphold the organization’s values and safeguard its reputation
  • Maintain good relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Direct and manage project performance tracking, owning project deliverables
  • Handle escalations and issues, ensuring smooth and effective operations
  • Maintain high employee motivation and morale within the state team
  • Conduct introduction and feedback sessions for training batches
  • Follow established procedures and processes consistently
  • Ensure all training targets are achieved within specified timelines
Requirements
  • Graduate or higher qualification
  • 2–5 years of experience, preferably in similar skill-training projects at a managerial level, or experience successfully managing a team
  • Pleasing personality; soft-spoken with strong convincing skills
  • Good oral and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Computer proficiency
  • Student-friendly and service-oriented approach
  • Target-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
